As part of the Living Refugee Archive, we are seeking blog post contributions of between 1000 and 2000 words in length for our Living Refugee Archive Research Blog Series.

Voices from the Archive

Voices from the Field is a new blog series of 500 to 1,000 words focusing on current work being undertaken researching refugee and migration issues in national and international archival and library collections.

We are looking for contributions from students; researchers; and academics who have or are using archives as a basis for their research to tell us about their experiences of exploring and engaging with different archival collections, both nationally and internationally.  We are also very keen to hear from oral historians who are actively working in documentinf issues around refugees and migration and also from archivists; librarians and third sector organisations who may be custodians of archival materials relating to refugee and migration issues.

Voices from the Field

Voices from the Field is a new blog series of 500 to 1,000 words focusing on current work being undertaken within the fields of refugee and migration studies.

We are looking for contributions exploring issues around current research in the fields of refugee studies and migration, exploring current issues and challenges both in terms of research and study but also hearing about challenging issues on the ground in relation working with with refugees, migrants and asylum seekers.  Our Call for Contributionns is open to all and we are very interested in hearing from students, researchers, archivists,  practitioners, NGO workers, volunteers, activists, librarians, oral historians and archivists working within the refugee and forced migration fields.  We are looking for contributors to write blogs of between 500 and 1,000 words for our Living Refugee Archive exploring your work, research or experiences.
